I slept in, but managed to try and practice some step moves on a too small step(stool) thing at home and managed to flip it over and fall. No real harm done.
I practiced the zumba warmup that is used in my workout for tomorrow that was 8 minutes.
Then I came to the gym and did some more practice of step moves on an actual step the gym has, I am really not very good anymore, sigh. Very short time wise.
Then I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 7 minutes of abwork on the floor.
