Hi gals,

Today I did the All in One Method Pilates DVD the whole thing which is 90 minutes long. I did this waaaay back when I had it on VHS tape. I lost the tape and have just received it on DVD. I really feel it and I am not as flexible as I used to be [emoji44].

It is a warm up, circuit workout , and then abdominal centering. I had forgotten that it used weights during the cardio portion. And my rhymic movements aren't as fluid as they once were but I was never a dancer.

Whoa! big workout for you today annette.

today I did my own pyramid workout while following along with cathe's PUB (i do the body for life version). I added in Mike D 20 minute hiit workout. sweat fest.

Siobhan - good job on the pyramid and HiiT. I really should try Mike D. You keep reminding me. [emoji4]

I wanted to do a new to me Cathe step... Which can be scary. I can end up really confused so I did some prep using YouTube so I wouldn't be completely clueless.

I wanted to go all out and do Cathe's 4 day split double cardio premix LIS followed by HIS. I finished LIS amazed that I just about mastered all combos, only somewhat confused during the last one. HIS first combo seemed alright, or maybe that wasn't even the first combo yet. Anyways, shortly later I was lost and not up for it with my shins. I decided 40min was enough, so I just went back and did the finished product from LIS again and the stretch. HIS will have to wait until some other time.

Great workouts today you three!! :) Oh, I love getting in a good long pilates session Annette. I always sleep well afterwards.

Today I got in a 30 minute cardio-legs-ab fusion by Shelly Dose. Felt fantastic! I have an acupuncture appt. in about an hour.

Henriette, have you seen this dance channel yet? The booty challenge looks like something I am going to try! hahaa! Always so much I want to try out. Yes, like Mike D for example. He peeps!! Everyone seems to be getting in some great activity. Feels good right?! Today I did Anni Mairs Jump Force. Loved it. I thoroughly enjoy all my wkout dvd's. They're like my friends...spend time w/ one and leave feeling pumped up and happy. I added my own abs and a bit of extra stretch. I had the time, so why not?
