Today I did a very short (25 minutes) of Fit Splits chest/shoulders/triceps - Fit Splits Weights are Ahhhhhmaaaazing!

Hi ladies,

Siobhan - colleagues were happy with the cake, but I think the real cake lovers were here at home... I had split each cake in 3 tins before baking and brought 2 to work and kept one of each at home and here at home we added Betty Crocker frosting. Vanilla to the yellow cake and Chocolate to the chocolate cake and it was just soooo good. Think we will have the last of it for desert tonight. It's so good it's bad, hard to not eat so I won't be baking it too often but definitely worth baking again. I hadn't used the chocolate cake recipe before but the yellow cake was an old favorite.

I did my workout this morning already when Mick went to the daycare for his first time. He went just for 2 hours today and next week he will go for a morning and then the week after he will start going whole days. I was really holding back tears when I left him there. [emoji26] I had not counted on that, but thankfully 2 hours fly by when you do a long workout.

I wanted to do lower body today, no upper body at all after yesterday's extreme workout so none of Yvette's really stood out. I thought why not try the extreme version of lower from yesterday's S&S Giant sets... only question was double or triple? Well I went for triple, so 76minutes working only my legs, but boy it also got my heart rate up. I burnt 549 calories lifting weights! I am glad I picked the triple extreme as I am not sure double would have been enough. Now I can confidently say it hurts to walk down the stairs [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] and I had two hours with no baby, when will that happen again. Between this long workout a quick shower and some paperwork for the daycare there wasn't time for anything else.

Once back home with Mick we ended up both napping.

This afternoon I went for a 2,5 hour walk with Mick, so I think my legs have had enough exercise for one day!

OMG!!! This is on the news right now: weighted vests to be used to keep ADHD kids calmer at school. I'm sorry but that's just crazy. The experts think these heavy weights will keep the kids sitting still instead of bouncing in their chairs.

Maybe the kids will just keep bouncing and become super strong [emoji1320]

Hi ladies,

Today I tried part of a Taebo called Rough and Tough I think off the You Tube channel, but he went to the floor at 26 and a half minutes and it was just over an hour in length. So needless to say I did one exercise on the floor and called it quits, but I did 27 minutes of it.

Then I put in Cathe's MMA KICKBOXING and did the cardio only, so another 36 minutes of working out.

Today I am not as tired as I was last Tuesday after teaching 2 classes on Monday, so I guess that is good. Or I need to work one of my classes harder[emoji44][emoji6].

Still losing inches

Bust: 44 inches down to 42
Under the bust band size in bras:
38.5 inches down to 34 inches
Waist natural: 35 inches down to 31 inches
Belly button: below natural waist 39 inches down to 33 inches
Hips: 42 inches down to 37 inches
Upper thigh: 22 inches down to 20
Other leg is 21 down to 19
Right above knee or lower thigh:
19 down to 17 and 18.5 down to 16.5

One leg has always been slightly bigger than the other.

Size 12-14 in pants/jeans down to a 6-8

Tops from a 1x-2x down to a Large/xlarge.

Bra size 40 H to a 38 G but probably will go down again

Weight 2012: 223
Today : 176.8

Ok, after my workout I ran through the songs for my new workout and went through some moves. Trying to figure out what moves go with which songs. So probably another 30 minutes or so of working on that.

Now my legs hurt, so I am done.[emoji44][emoji3]

Hi everyone! Great job Annette. Time for a new wardrobe. Yippeee!! Siobhan I always workout in the morning. If it doesn’t get accomplished for some reason, I call it a rest day. I stopped my doubles some time ago. That’s when I would do a 2nd workout in the evening. Reading up on menopause I’m seeing a lot of my issues are typical. Days of exhaustion, terrible sleep, taking longer to recover from a tough workout etc. It’s hard to accept this mentally because my heart loves Crossfire Extreme, Intensity, IMAX, Afterburn. All those heart pounding sweaty workouts that I truelly enjoy. I used to do these everyday and never had an issue! I guess it’s time for more weights and lighter cardio. I just need to mix it up better. Yes Linda....perhaps that means the beloved blender is in my future! I repeat.....it will happen eventually. Don’t give up on me yet.

Henriette, where has the time gone! I’d swear you just had Mick last week! That’s an emotional thing to leave your beautiful baby with someone else. How was it going to see your work friends? Are you ready?....as Cathe would say.

Is anyone going to try to sign up for the Roadtrip? I’ve tried for about 6 years and never get in.
