Good Morning Everyone,

Another c-c-c-c-cold one out there. So glad I am not the dog walker in the house :)

Today I pulled out a 30 minute Hoco Workout - getting stronger + I did my own stretch and foam rolling for shin splints.

Gals, it is just one of those days. Last night while trying to get to sleep I planned out a whole weight workout avoiding my bum shoulder to do at the gym, sigh. [emoji17]But needless to say, I got up and just wasn't feeling it.[emoji45][emoji20]

I did do my own Caribbean inspired Dance routine with the changes in place and it went well. So that was 41 minutes. [emoji3]Then I sat down, played on my phone, changed out the laundry and started a new load.

Then I decided to not do weights this week (with the exception of what my own class calls for) to give my poor aching shoulder a little rest.[emoji2957][emoji849]

Then I did an advance Taebo off You Tube channel which was 28 minutes long. I held one 2 pound weight during it and occasionally held the 2nd one when it wasn't going to tax my shoulder.

I thought about doing 1 more thing but I will have to get back to you on whether I did or not.

Still cold but not as cold as the weekend. [emoji164][emoji3451][emoji3450][emoji3452]
