Today's workouts:

Hydrow CT- 20 min. Total Body DB's & Rowing Circuit
Interval Timer App- "Treadmill Walk & Weights workout" - 20 min.

Today I did a mix of: a 25 minute lower body KB workout from YT, a 10 minute bodyweight workout (also YT) and a 10 minute mobility stretch workout (YT again).

Linda - nice cardio and DB workout this morning
Annette - I hope your back is feeling recovered enough for a workout today :)
Nora - WTG with your mix of long and short workouts yesterday (I love short add on workouts)

Hi ladies,

Today I wimped out of going to the gym because it was waaay too cold out.

So I brought out my weight bench and proceeded to do Cathe's Slow and Heavy. I did the warm up to the chest and back one, then the chest segment minus push ups ( man I forgot just how hard that one is especially when my bench's incline is almost upright,whew!!), then I moved to the workout that had triceps and did it minus dips and did the abs off this one too and the stretch.

Ended up being right about 60 minutes or there about. Not to bad for staying home.

I think I will be sore later.

Another fun mish-mosh of YT workout‘s this AM, Siobhan, with a 25 minute lower body KB workout from YT, a 10 minute bodyweight workout (also YT) and a 10 minute mobility stretch workout (YT again). Sounds fun!
 
Annette, it’s Cold here too. Brr…I’ve only been out to get the mail!

Nice choice in doing 60 min. of Cathe's Slow and Heavy Weight workout. I agree, not too shabby at all for staying in. :)
