Hi Siobhan,

Today I did heavy weights for an hour including floorwork for abs and legs.

Also did 40 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio.

I am heading home now.

I took a rest day.

How do you not burnout with exercise? you have a lot of endurance. wow.
