I am trying to get myself on track and be a consistent exerciser. I think one of the rude realities is that I simply have to drag myself out of bed in the a.m. for a workout. There are too many opportunities for disruption in my schedule later in the day. So I followed Tammy's advice, dragged myself out of bed, had some coffee, and did Jillian Michaels BFBM. It was hard for the morning and I made myself a little green but felt great afterwards. Right now my strategy will be to grab whatever workout suits my fancy and take it from there.
