Hi ladies,

Bitter cold here today - my car said 6 degrees on my way to work, and that doesn't take the wind chill into account.

Today was a rest day - I did Cathe Hiit 40/20 and Stretchmax 3.

One thing that I miss with the Xtrain series is a stretch workout. It is always said that stretching is a major component of fitness, yet Cathe doesn't devote much time to that at all. I also find her leg stretching lacking in this series. There is no quad stretching at all, just alot of hamstring and hip flexion stretching.

I did only 15 min. of a premix off of Circuit Burn (Coffey) due to having a 2nd migraine in 2 days. I also have a sub job this afternoon that I took before realizing I was getting another migraine. sigh. :(

Hi ladies just finished xtrain chest, back, and shoulders. Great workout but too long for me. I like them short so I can shower then start dinner.

Feeling blue today. Hope u have a nice evening.
