Hi Siobhan,

Got bad news this morning, the family friend who was in the accident Friday night died last night. He was only 18 and was good friends with my youngest son when they were younger. Sad Dat.

Bur I went to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical.

Will do floorwork later.

Hi Annette,

I got up to workout today but the furnace wouldn't start. It was -21 outside! My DH spent 4 hours figuring things out. Phew! Needless to say - I couldn't fit in a workout.

And this is such sad news. I am so sorry to read about the passing of a family friend. The family must be gutted
