I wish it was time to get up and w/o.
Unfortunately we are still suffering from the virus that's going around. The boys are sick and not at school and I am working from under my duvet today. Too many deadlines to call in sick, but not well enough to go to the office.

Henriette - I am sorry to read you have to work while ill. ugh! Take care and I hope you mend quickly.

Hey all, I have a 1:15 cycle this evening and I think I'll do my upper body....maybe LIC on a 6" step.

I saw an add for Hammer and Chisel. Anybody familiar with those? I was intrigued, but with my cycling schedule I can't add something super intense.

Dog seems fine. Still adding the water in her food. That seems to have helped a lot. Her appetite is fine. I can see her hind legs hurt her sometimes on the stairs.
 
Henritette, I'm so sorry to hear of the nasty GI bug. It's BAD this year. Take the time to rest!! Ceci...I love Cathe's kickbox workouts!! Nothing like punching and kicking your way into a better mood! Missy, I'm glad your pup is doing better. I gave mine chondrointin when his legs started causing problems. But I would check w/ the vet 1st.

Today I did Cathe's Intensity. WHEW!! That wkout scared me for the longest time. When I finally got it and did it...it was awesome. I'm sure I'll sleep like a baby tonight. Def something easier for tomorrow! Have a great day everyone!!

Today I took it easy, I only did Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only.

I haven't done the entire Intensity. I have to confess, I hate Hiit workouts. Obviously they are necessary, and I like the low impact hiit stuff. Any time I have to do high impact on the step, my HR soars. I just can't jump!

I was just getting back at it since starting again in 2017 after over 3 weeks prescribed rest.

Missy - funny u should mention H&C today. I just ordered H&C today as I saw it was on sale on Amazon uk. I had borrowed it before and enjoyed doing it for about a month or so. Very different from Body Beast which I also love... Despite Savi being a bit strange. Basically all H&C are total body and they can get your HR up there, without being cardio. I definitely got stronger doing it and most of them are also not too long. I had been meaning to return to both BB & H&C again... Now I have managed to get good deals on both so I can add both to my own collection. [emoji4]

Anyways... No w/o again today and I am trying to find trainers to sub for me tomorrow afternoon. Only just managing working under my duvet and only becuz of all the deadlines, otherwise I would be in bed or on the couch all day.

Glad to see the rest of you are getting some good w/o's in!

For back, biceps & shoulders. Another new one, about 45 min long. I hope I have time.

Today, I did a portion of Laura Tarbell's Plyo PIlates (34 mins) + PIlates on Fifth level 3 Standing band workout (19mins). My neck is still bugging me and giving me a face ache, so I also tried to do some work and release on my neck.

Catch up with you all later ......have to run out & pick up medical supplies for the cat despite the snowy roads.
