Today I did my own newest circuit workout and I am glad I did , in my write up of what I am doing I completely left out one cardio song and one weight song[emoji44]. So now I have to insert them into the spreadsheet I use.

So I did have to restart the CD to make sure the moves I had written down on a separate sheet of paper fit the song they were actually written for. Thankfully everything works, but I now have 6 songs of weight work which is more than any of my other workouts[emoji44]. But the CD is about an hour long.

My legs hurt from yesterday's workouts.

Suppose to snow again tonight.

Today I did 25 minutes of cathe live boxing + 15 minutes of Bob Harper KB workout. I hope you are all doing well!!!

And I worked out yesterday too - I did a Fit Splits workout of some sort but forget now
 
Hi Annette and Siobhan!! Today I did Fit Split Mixed Impact. I’m warming up to this set finally. Henriette how are you feeling with going back to work? Are you getting enough sleep? I remember those days.

Hey girls, tonight was Kelly- did 30 min Muscle Definition DVD. Liked it! We are supposed to get some sort
Of winter mix tonight and rain tomorrow.Yuk!

In my rotation, next workout will be "something else". Don't know what yet! That's the fun of it. Take care!
 
Hi ladies,

Tuesday ended up being a rest day. I had slept for 5 hours and not consecutive hours the night before and Mick was screaming a lot on Tuesday evening overly tired from another day at daycare. He comes home happy, but then ends up so exhausted he can't sleep. I was worried about another short night so when Mick finally fell asleep after my bf took him for a walk in the freezing cold (it was literally freezing) I decided to go to bed just after 8 and despite having to get up twice to feed him, it ended up being a good night and more than 9 hours of sleep. Yeah! Sometimes my body needs sleep more than a workout.

Let's see how Wednesday goes.
