Hi ladies,

Stayed home and did 26 minutes of This is Taebo, then did an 9 minute Taebo Punch workout on You Tube and then a 10 minute Butt and Lower Body Taebo on You Tube. So 45 minutes of Taebo all while wearing my new wrist weights .
