Wow, lots of 2's in the date today!

Hi Annette,

Today I did more Caroline G - standing abs - I really liked it. It was a mix of standing weight work (small weight) with intervals of weighted punches. what a great idea! I added on 20 minutes of pyramid biceps and 20 minutes of pyramid back work from mcfit method ( i have his program - warrior beast it's really good). Now, to stretch and meditate.

Great workout yesterday Annette. It was a big one again. And, you had a snowday! Alas, we did not. I love it when it snows.

Hi Siobhan,

We are still getting snow showers but I do love snow, it is so pretty.

Today I stayed home again and worked on the Silver and Fit kickboxing routine, the this time I tried to weave in moves from a different routine and still without weights it was about 30 minutes. So I am hoping that adding weights will lengthen the time as it should.

Then I did my own Cardio Kickbox Frenzy which is 44 minutes long. It is fun and I love the music.

I am a little sore from yesterday's weight workout so that is good.
