Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 2 - workout 19. I really enjoyed it. I added on some yoga moves. I am slowly easing back into working out as I haven't worked out in a week. We landed on Sunday night in 100 km winds. That was a very very very bumpy landing. whoa.

Hi all

Today was Stacked Lower Body.

Ceci - I cannot stand flying so that would have been interesting for me! It was very windy here as well.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 60 minutes worth of weight training and included floorwork abs and legs and a nice stretch.

Then I did 40 minutes on the elliptical at the highest level for almost the whole time. I am beat
