Hi Everyone,

Today I took a rest day and did a 30 minute MH yoga stretch workout. It felt good to have a long stretch.

Great workouts yesterday everyone!

And Lisa - I agree - it looks like spring is on it's way. fingers crossed.

Hi ladies ,

Today was an hour on the elliptical and 12 minutes of floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.

No real winter here either.
