Hi Annette,
More CG - legs (25 minutes - heavy weights) + 20 minutes of plyo cardio lesmill on demand. I subbed a few of their moves with Cathe's moves.

Time to stretch.

It snowed here yesterday as well. It looked so beautiful in the morning. We keep small Christmas lights outside all winter long (in the back) and switch to white patio lights in the summer. The lights look so nice shining through the heavy snow.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I slept in and stayed home to work out. I decided to renew my Cathe card and my Kelly card. So I did Cathe's Hard Strikes cardio only and Kelly's TLC Boxing Combos premix. Both of these were about 31-32 minutes long so I got an hour in of cardio. Surprised myself on Hard Strikes but still unable to do it all at their intensity.
