Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of ICE Low Impact Sweat Cardio (fun!) + Move with Nicole 15 minutes of pilates. Time to stretch.

Big workout yesterday wow. And the gym owner is making some serious change with all those members. Is your membership expensive? here the average gym is about $80/mth whereas a boutique type gym is about $250/mth. I prefer Cathe!

Quick response, the membership can either be the regular price of $25 a month or a special rate (promotion of some type) of $19.99 a month. Tanning beds are an extra $10 a month I believe and I think the sauna is also an extra $10 a month.

Ok, I did an hour on the elliptical at the gym. Will hopefully do floorwork later at home.
