Good morning ladies, still having phone & internet issues, they are supposed to come today...........gotta
be quick!

Great workouts for all of you yesterday........

Luckily, I only needed internet for 10 min. this AM, my other workout was in an off-line app.

Today's workouts:

Interval Timer App- 30 min. Strength & Cardio # 1
YT-treadchic- 10 min. Relaxation Treadmill walk

That's it, I'll try to be back later today, if not, have great workouts.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of LMR2 warm-up for 7 minutes. My main workout took about 40 minutes from YT - bodyweight mixed with a KB. Man that was tough but so fun!!! His YT channel is Leo Moves.

Linda - WTG with your dedication to fitness - internet or not!
Annette - good job finding an hour long workout (I just can't go that long with cardio)
Nicki - High fives on your stretch workout. It's not easy to modify but you're doing it when you can :)
Nora - What a workout you did yesterday! I'm really enjoying LMR2 like the rest of us.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 86 minute gym circuit consisting of chest and triceps exercises plus 2 leg machines, the sled to 10 plates, floorwork and a stretch.

I did chest flyes on the machine up to 110 pounds for 6 reps, started at 55 pounds.

Did chest press with 20 and 25's, used 15's for incline bench press. Used 20 for overhead fat end triceps and then held it vertical for 1 set at 25. Kickbacks were done at 10 pounds 2 sets holding at the end.

Then the leg extension machine and the new glute machine for some leg work.

Sled to 10 plates and I was feeling it big time.

Then floorwork for abs and glutes (forgot legs oh well).

Then a nice stretch, was here waaay too long because I was talking to a friend I hadn't seen in a while so I deducted 30 minutes from my time. Above time reflects that deduction.

Thanks for the tip. I checked it out and it was sold out. So I tried searching ebay and found it only in a 4 Pack complete Intensity Series plus Ab Hits dvds, so cool! YaY!!

ICE - LIS- Timesaver #4- Wup + Cardio 1 + Stretch = 28 Min
Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min
