To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed with Kelly's step boxing but it helped me get ideas so it was worth a try.
Today I came to the gym and did 90 minutes of weight work including machines, dumbbells, the sled and floorwork. With the sled I did a sprint up and back with 2 and 3 plates, backwards strap pull with 4 and 5 plates (remember all plates are 45 pounds unless otherwise stated), the a regular push with 6, then 7 with a 35 plate going up and then I put a 10 pound plate on top of the 35 to come back, so the equivalent of 8, 45 pound plates, oh my!!! That was tough.
Oral surgery tomorrow after class.
