Siobhan- How wonderful to have a winterlude. I hope you can Ice skate weather cooperating fingers crossed. That does sound like fun. I've never been Ice skating but can rollewr skate.
Oh and I adore figure skating. Canada does have some amazing figure skating olympic champs like Brian Orsor, Elizabeth Manley,Tessa Virtue, Scott Moire, and of course Kurt Browning and list goes on.

Hi ladies,

Came to the gym this afternoon and did about 77 minutes of weight work including barbell for chest press, machine for back and calves, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. Then after not doing it for almost 2 months I did the sled!! Started with 3 plates and strap pulled it down walking backwards and pushed it back. Did this increasing by 1 plate, so same thing with 4 plates, then 5 and after the pull with 5, I added a 6th one and pushed it back and was done. Nothing hurt and it got my pulse rate up and felt good .

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and a good stretch at the end.

Nice workouts ladies.

Sorry Siobhan, the weather just hasn't been winter like this season.

Hi Everyone,

Glad to see you all checking in and working out. I have not skated. It's just too warm and the canal and the skateway are closed (the rinks are not refrigerated underneath). It's been a good week so far, nonetheless.
