Hi ladies,
Today I went through my workout routine for tomorrow's class. My Cardio Kickbox Frenzy workout, it is 43 minutes, I was also wearing my 2 pound wrist weights during it. Nice workout, if I don't say so myself : )
Add in 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes!
