Hi Everyone,

I worked out last night instead and did 30 minutes of SSOD spin workout.

Today I did Sydney Cummings - leg workout (tough) + a Sydney Cummings 10 minute back biceps workout. Thank for the rec lisa.

Hi all

Today was KCM Bootcamp plus the extended stretch.

Ceci - even my DH did a Sydney stretch today. He works out everyday as well and was looking for something different.

Hi ladies,

Today I went through my workout routine for tomorrow's class. My Cardio Kickbox Frenzy workout, it is 43 minutes, I was also wearing my 2 pound wrist weights during it. Nice workout, if I don't say so myself : )

Add in 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes!
