Gosh, is February almost half over?

Today I did BJ Gaddour's KB Cardio - whew - that is a sweat fest. Then I added on Suzanne Bowen's Vimeo video xmas gift abs section. I really like her.

Thanks for getting us going today.

Today was LIC from the LIS. Is it me or is Cathe missing the "cue" factor in this one? I will like it more once I get the combos better, I think, but I felt like she just threw it all at you and you need to pick it up by repetition.
I also did the 4DS split KB core section.
 
Hi Gals,

I did 55 minutes of weights off of Slow and Heavy for upper body. Not bad considering I haven't done a good weight workout in like forever. I think I will feel it tomorrow.

Calling for more snow on Thursday just what we don't need.

Hi ladies just finished day 27 of the challenge. shoulders are burning from that one. I added various kettlebell exercises, barbell curls, and jump rope for added sweatiness :eek:
