Hi ladies,

Annette - I would suggest no impact for a few weeks to see if that helps...

Snow is coming this way....again! I am taking work home tonight just in case..

Today was BM2, I did the Cardio and Weights premix because I just don't have 90 minutes during the week.
 
Thanks Conni...I know that is probably the right thing to do but I really miss exercising when I don't get it in. Probably need to stick to boxing with no legs at all for a while. sigh.

Today however, I did Jeannette Jenkin's Kickboxing Bootcamp which thankfully doesn't have too much bouncy moves so my knee did so-so with it. Still hurts but I worked through the pain. Sigh I know I am a glutton for punishment.

Snow yesterday supposed to get ice tonight with more snow.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Tracey Mallet Ballet Booty Barre - arms/legs segment - 27 minutes.
Then, I took someone's advice from I don't remember and tried the cardio blasts only premix from Xtrain Cardio Blast. The editing is not smooth but overall a good cardio workout in 33 minutes include a warm up and long stretch. I was very sweaty!

Now my DD is ill with the flu. Yikes.

Hi Ladies just finished day 20 of the challenge. The last couple of days were yoga and stretching and I don't like their routines so I'm picking up right at the workouts. it was a good sweat.

Today was a good day. :)
