Hi ladies,

Siobhan- Tracey Staehle is the Tracey I was referring to. I like her Parts Series, and her Step intervals workouts.

Today was cardio - I was going to take it easier today, but I went for it and did TF 45, then abs from PH, then stretch 10 from TF.

Hi all,

I did a partial workout off of Fitness TV that worked cardio, shoulders, biceps, triceps and back then did a Cardio Kicks workout off of Fitness TV that also worked abs. All in all 41 min. of cardio with weights so not bad. The first workout included Burpees and by george I tried them but ended up stopping because I was falling out of my exercise bra..:eek: while doing them.:eek:

I guess some exercises just aren't made for busty gals, LOL!!:D

Hi Ladies,

I managed a late workout today. I slept in. It was so nice to sleep in my own bed zzzzzz.

Today I did an Afterburn premix of intervals 1-10 once through - 27 minutes of amazing. Then I did half of lower body split Trisets from the same series but gave up. I was dying. And now I'm starving.

I hope I get up for a workout tomorrow morning. I am hoping to do LIC - love the music in that one.

S - LIC is that low impact circuit or low impact challenge?
