Today was RWH Plyo Hiit 1 and bonus abs 1.

Annette - so sorry to read such sad news for you all. Prayers and hugs to you and your brother's family.

This morning I did a mish mosh of my own. I did Slow & Heavy warm up + shoulders/triceps (added in my own extra moves). Next I did High Reps Shoulders + my own weighted abs and stretch.

I did one Taebo Express and 18 minutes of a Kickbox workout off of the Fitness section of On Demand.
