Hi Everyone,

I was MIA for a couple of days as I was a bit under the weather. Just couldn't bring myself to work out - little energy. I slept well last night and I feel much better so I did STS Plyo legs. I subbed a lot of KB swings as I can't jump as much anymore.

Ceci I am glad that you are feeling better. I tend to have less energy in the Winter months with the lack of sunshine.

Today was ICE kickboxing premix with triceps. Funny, I don't remember doing these triceps when I just played the workout normal without premix. She doesn't have added material in the premixes, does she? This reminded me that I have Cathe downloads on one of my older ipad devices I need to dig out. It's so fun finding these workouts that I haven't done yet! I have officially completed 1-month ICE rotation. I think I will do a week or two of TimeSaver series then look into do a ICE/Combo rotation.

We got our puppy! I couldn't post a photo b/c media type was too big for forum. I'll just say she's adorable!

Melanie - I believe there is a premix on that ICE DVD that includes the Triceps Muscle Meltdown. The normal workouts doesn't include any weight work.
Congrats on completing the ICE rotation! I love the ICE/RWH Rotation. But then again I love any rotation that includes RWH. It's one of my favorite Cathe series.
Dogs are really great but my husband and I are too selfish to have one. We have 3 cats because they pretty much take care of themselves :)
 
Hi ladies,

Ceci, glad you are feeling better. My arm still isn't 100% so I am still treating it with Blu emu, my anti inflammatory gel and Biofreeze, which all seem to be helping.

Today, I tried my All Kickbox combos routine yet again and decided that as written I don't like it, sigh. With a couple of songs to go(so roughly 46 min.), I got a phone call from a lady at the gym who is helping me with a new crochet pattern. The Zumba class ended early because the instructor was sick. So I went to the gym, after she helped me, I did the lat pull down wide and close grip under hand grip, the rope pull, tried to do flies with 10 pound dumbbells but it hurt so I stopped. Then I did the leg press machine and the inner and outer thigh machines. All in all only 15 minutes.

Then I came home and tried the same workout again but changing it to a circuit and doing weights where the music is just not fitting the cardio moves. It worked so now it is a kickbox combos circuit workout that is 51 minutes.

So now I think I am finished!!
