Good morning,

This morning I did 4DS Kickboxing + Legs Premix. I haven't done the KB workout from that one in a long time. It was really good and to the point. I am drenched.

Annette - you sure are enjoying your new workouts

Conni - such a dedicated mom you are - in so many ways - staying healthy, taking care of your DH, being big fan of all that your DS does, and... you do everything around the house - in and out!

Carmen - I hope studying is going well. What other courses do you have to take?

Thanks Siobhan, you are way too kind. I am not the easiest person to be around, much less to live with, so I think my family has their plates full with ME!

Today was cardio and stretch - I did Christi's Cardio Collectible hi/lo and Bob Harpers' Ripped core short workout. Still need to stretch, I am thinking maybe tonight????
 
Hi gals,

Thanks to a friend 'here', I have 2 more new workouts.

I did one of the Cardio Quick Fix off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's workout and her abs off of TLC.

Now I have to take my youngest son for his well check up and to get his driver's permit form filled out, yep my youngest is turning 16 in 9 days. Hard to believe how time flies.:eek:

Hi ladies great workouts. Im writing a paper on leadership that is overdue. The next paper wil be due in a couple of weeks. Ive been focusing on that for now.

My husband purchased a new barbell and some heavy weights and a Marcy power rack. Will be able to do chin ups/pullups, squats, dips, and comes with a bench. The garage will feel like a real gym. Can't wait! May feel more inspired to workout.
