Hi ladies,
Today was an extra long gym circuit at 105 minutes. Spent time trying to take different exercises to failure doing more reps than normal. Plus I did 3 machines, dumbbells, sled for only 2 times (strap pulled backwards for 6 plates, pushed it back with 7) my shoulder blade is killing me so I didn't "push it ".
Then floorwork and light dumbbell work for triceps. Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
Gotta do some errands before heading home.
Yes, Siobhan, I have 2 of Jeanette Jenkins' workouts, just don't do the other one very much.
