CatheLive- "New Year's Countdown" - 28 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Steamboat Springs, Colorado skier workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did the following: 30 minutes of RWH for chest/shoulders/triceps (I didn't do the triceps). I added on BB bodyweight workout for upper body for 12 minutes. I will do my own stretch.

Siobhan, nice workout with 30 minutes of RWH for chest/shoulders/triceps and BB bodyweight workout for upper body for 12 minutes.

Not sure what I'm going to do today - was giong to try the LMR Barre, but it has a lot of leg work and I did legs yesterday. Don't want to push the leg workouts too much right now. I may do some upper body, maybe a body part from ICE or STS 2.0. Will check in later.;)

Hi ladies,

Today was an extra long gym circuit at 105 minutes. Spent time trying to take different exercises to failure doing more reps than normal. Plus I did 3 machines, dumbbells, sled for only 2 times (strap pulled backwards for 6 plates, pushed it back with 7) my shoulder blade is killing me so I didn't "push it ".

Then floorwork and light dumbbell work for triceps. Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Gotta do some errands before heading home.

Yes, Siobhan, I have 2 of Jeanette Jenkins' workouts, just don't do the other one very much.
