Hi ladies,
Today was a gym circuit for 105 minutes, consisting of 5 machines (3 leg machines, chest/back machine and the back machine), then heavy dumbbells for chest (20, 25 and 30's), biceps hammer curls same as chest weight wise, seated clean and press with 10's, shrugs with 25 and 30's, triceps holding fat end of dumbbells with each hand with 20's and 25's, kickbacks with 10's, back slap with 7.5, then the sled to 10 plates, ending with floorwork (some weighted for abs) for abs, glutes and legs with a stretch at the end.
I might have hurt my glute and lower body on the 1 leg machine, it wasn't locked in place so it went all the way down on me in a seated position. Ugh!! I am hurting now and I haven't even left the gym yet. So time will tell.
