Thanks for starting us off Linda! I am glad to see you getting in some workouts again. But mainly - just glad to see you checking in!

Today I did STS Meso 2 for back and biceps - I don't do the pull up bar segments so it was about 45 minutes. I added on Boho Beautiful pilates for 10 minutes.

Deanna - It sounds like you got hit hard by a flu bug but are finally on the mend. Phew!
Nicki - I'm sorry to read that your leg is still bothering you. I hope you figure out the problem and soon.
Annette - you got in some cardio yesterday!
Nora - another stellar workout from you yesterday

Linda, Ditto to what Siobhan said. Good blender options with
Abs/Core Favorite Five # 1" - 17 min. and Add-on: "Chest Finisher" - 10 min.

Siobhan, you are still doing the STS's! Good for you! STS Meso 2 for back and biceps and BoHo Beautiful Pilates.

I was able to do the bonus lower body roller from the new series - it was 18 minutes and although it hurt, I think it helped. I'll know better tomorrow. Hope so because I need some good work outs! I might try to do the other roller workout Cathe had in another series.

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit for 105 minutes, consisting of 5 machines (3 leg machines, chest/back machine and the back machine), then heavy dumbbells for chest (20, 25 and 30's), biceps hammer curls same as chest weight wise, seated clean and press with 10's, shrugs with 25 and 30's, triceps holding fat end of dumbbells with each hand with 20's and 25's, kickbacks with 10's, back slap with 7.5, then the sled to 10 plates, ending with floorwork (some weighted for abs) for abs, glutes and legs with a stretch at the end.

I might have hurt my glute and lower body on the 1 leg machine, it wasn't locked in place so it went all the way down on me in a seated position. Ugh!! I am hurting now and I haven't even left the gym yet. So time will tell.

Sorry for my late post, I forgot to post earlier and its now 12:30 AM my time and I need sleep and got to take out Luna and take my MS injection. SO please excuse me skipping personals. Just a brief comment of well done on all workouts done. Those not able to workout take care and feel better soon;)
