Hi Annette,

Today I did more Caroline G. I did her Christmas cardio workout. I will do Cathe's live Christmas workout too. I added on a short KB segment from a youtuber.

I am back in the office today (home office). I worked yesterday in my business. So, officially, Christmas is over. Onto 2021....

Possibly an unscheduled day off, we got out new couch delivered and the old one in the spot I work out in,sigh.
