Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did S&S Bootcamp. It moved quickly. Some moves were pretty tough for me. Circuits, intervals etc. are challenging for me.

Linda - I will check out your workouts for sure! thanks.

Regarding my dog. She finally threw up whatever she ate - and it was a ton of wrappers! I mean a ton! She seems much better now. Thanks for asking.

Hi gals,

Here at the hotel I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of weight work modified due to limited resources in the hotel's fitness center. But it was something.

I'm off today, so I hope to go to the fitness center this afternoon and do something there! A lot of choices, but I
Think I will walk the indoor track and use some of the weight machines. I hope to get in a pool workout sometime
This week, every Christmas I usually do a Christmas aqua step or aero workout. :)
 
I did end up going to the gym and did a 20 min walking audio workout using the indoor track and then used some of the weight machines.
Finished up with 15 min + on the treadmill.

Aww, Ceci. So happy to read that your doggie will be okay. Too bad there isn't something to give dogs to stop them from wanting to eat everything under the tree. So many have problems this time of year. The tinier ones especially. Hey, good thing no one gave you any 'special' brownies.
Sounds like you are enjoying the new series thoroughly! I am going to finally try one of my new downloads tonight. Yippee! :) Had a loved one pass away this Xmas, so the time with family has been sad. But we tried for a few laughs as well! Kinda happy it's over now though.
Aquagirl, I really like indoor walking tracks. Excellent workout!
I knew you get something in even on holiday Annette! Hope you are having some fun.

So, last night got in S&S BootCamp (really prefer this format of BootCamp above all others I think! Was tough to keep up. Brenda's body ....wow! Those dips with the barbell were AWEsome! :) ) plus Innerlight Yoga for the Hands.
