YT-Alyssa Kuhn- TRX Full Body Beginner workout- 10 min.
Peloton- 5 min Holiday Warmup Ride, 10 min,. Holiday Chest & Back workout & 20 min. Treadmill
hike---total of Peloton- 35 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, Calif. skier workout

Hotel workout: 25 minutes of selected weight work working with what dumbbells they had.

Then 50 minutes on the elliptical.

No workout for me today. I've been doing Eat-Max for days now. I can't wait to get back to my normal regime. So much baked goods. It's so nice to see some of us checking in. See you all on Thursday.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the second day of Christmas (Tuesday) are all a psychotic blur. :D Just now coming up for air, drinking coffee, and surveying the mess of my house. Today is a Clean Max day, for sure!
