STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min
Uses weights plates:
1- 5 pound & 1- 10 pound weight plates

ps. I won't be working out tomorrow, family holiday stuff and same Thursday. If the stars align I might be able to workout but not certain it will happen. Friday, I should be able to workout. Saturday, will probably be a post holiday rest day, maybe not certain. Sunday is my usual rest day and workout scheduling day and to sleep, YAY!!!
