Hi ladies,

Today I was in a lot of pain between my shoulder blade and my buttocks.

So I stayed home so I wouldn't go to the gym and hurt myself more.

So I did Jamie McKagan's most recent Cardio Kickboxing Tabata, it was only 25 minutes but I had on my boxing gloves.

Then since I still want some type of weights or resistance training everyday I did Cathe's Boss Loops the #1 Timesaver: No Floorwork and glutes which was 35:40 minutes long. I am already feeling it.

So all in all a solid 60 minutes of a workout so I am pleased.

Nice workout Linda, sounds fun with a Christmas title.

Plus I have been cleaning a bathroom, tub, toilet, sink plus mopping the floors in 3 rooms (2 bathrooms and the laundry room). And I vacuumed the family room. Just been a busy little bee today.

DB Pairs- 12's & 15's

STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min
Uses weights plates:

1- 5 pound & 1- 10 pound weight plates

ps. I won't be working out tomorrow, family holiday stuff and same Thursday. If the stars align I might be able to workout but not certain it will happen. Friday, I should be able to workout. Saturday, will probably be a post holiday rest day, maybe not certain. Sunday is my usual rest day and workout scheduling day and to sleep, YAY!!!
