Good morning everyone !

Great workout yesterday, Annette, with 37 minutes on the elliptical and then 45 minutes of weight work involving the back machine, barbell chest press, the rear delt/flyes machine, leg press machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Nicely Done !

IFit- Alcudia Old Town Treadmill Walk, Mallorca, Spain - 19 min.
IFit- Reindalen Creek, Norway Recovery Ski Tour Workout - 19 min.
YT- Kait Coats- 20 min. Foam Roller Pilates Workout # 2

Love those passport workouts. I've always wanted to visit Norway & Sweden where my family comes from. Maybe someday, I'll get to visit there.

Wow you mentioned Annette's workout yesterday. She's my gym hero, I hope to lift weights like that, one day perhaps. I do work on improving my strength with weights but I have limitations I work around and do what Iam able.

Hi ladies,

Today I had to get my pre op covid test.

Then I came home and did a brand spanking new Taebo upload, literally uploaded 55 minutes before I did it!! Never have I found one that fast. It was 38 minutes of cardio (he had weights after but I didn't do that part). I had on my wrist weights.

Nice workouts everyone, not sure how inspirational (gymspirational) I am but I try to workout somewhere each day. After my Friday surgery it will be very limited.
