Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did a short 30 minute Dan the Hiit Man total body weights workout. I added in my own stretch.

Nicki - Geesh. I'm so sorry to read about your discomfort. This has been going on for months. I feel for you.
Linda - nice mish mosh of a workout yesterday. I've learned my ceiling in the basement is too low for a rebounder. Alas :(.
Nora - Good Golly - how did you workout with knee and feet pain/swelling? I'm very curious about your work around as I have lots of them too for my aching shoulder
Annette - Another stellar workout at the gym yesterday. Your surprise before bed sounds frustrating.

Siobhan, nice 30 minute Dan the Hiit Man total body weights workout this morning. Nothing wrong with a
rest day here & there! :)

Today's workout: (another long one!)

CatheLive- "Senior Fit 2" - 57 min. (such a fun, low intensity workout, with a little cardio, weights, & mobility)
Cathe has several of these in the Live library)

Hi ladies,

So far we have variety already, nice job ladies. Sorry for all the aches and swelling and pain Nicki and Nora, prayers for you both.

Today was Back, Rear Delt,Biceps and Forearms consisting of :

Front Lat Pulldown 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 with the cable set at 55 pounds

Seated Cable Rowing 4 sets I used the rope for this for 4 sets 12,10,8,6 cable set at 40 pounds

Reverse Cable Fly 4 sets 15,12,10,8 set at 55 pounds I might have lowered it for the last 2 sets.

Then I through in the Leg Extension machine 4 sets of 20,15,12,10 weight set at 25 or 30 can't remember.

Then onto Barbell Biceps Curl with a 20 pound preloaded barbell for 3 sets at 20, 15 and 12.

Also added the back machine set at 35 on each side for 8 reps over and underhand grip.

I did the leg press machine for 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8 at 115 pounds

Then concentration curls with 15 pounds for 3 sets of 15 each arm

Then wrist curls 3 sets of 15

Then added hammer curls for 1 set at 17.5 pounds

Then floorwork for abs and legs some weighted with a stretch .

All in all it ended up being 90 minutes.

But the time flew by.

All I can say, Annette, is WOW! Great 90 min. Back, Rear Delt,Biceps and Forearms day! Do you write down all that you are going to do or that you did? If not, it’s a
great brain workout as well, remembering all that! Impressive!

Oh, my secret is Ice before and after working out for both knee & foot. It seems to be helping the knee and the foot has moments of being ok, so that must be an improvement.
