Well, I jumped on the bandwagon and did one of Yvette Bachman's You Tube workouts. Stopped before the floorwork and modified some during the cardio portion. The one I did is called Kickboxing/High Calorie Cardio Blast. She is much more high intensity than I am, and the one person modifying was was WAY in the back barely visible most of the time.

Though I might be able to use a couple of her moves in my class. I think she stole one move from Cathe[emoji44][emoji16]

Hi Annette, did you like the workout? They are NO JOKE right? I also saw a move that looked like a Cathe move. She seems to do the type of workouts that I like. A little of everything. I also appreciate her use of equipment. Why have it if you don't use it? I did another of hers today. It was Med ball something. Very nice and I could actually keep up this time.

Life has been crazy for me lately. Both at work and at home. I need a break! I'll check back later. I hope everyone is ok.
 
Hi ladies!

I went for another couple of walks today. First one was this morning... walked to Mick's check up at the neighborhood youth health center.

Later in the start of the afternoon we walked to a different shopping center. I had checked google maps and it turned out to be only 2.1 km from our house, so same distance as the center I walked to with Magnus last week in the snow so I figured why not go there and have a look around.

By the time we got home again I had walked 10,000 steps already.

In the afternoon I decided to try some more of my new Cathe dvds. I did Pyramid lower body, standing portion only... so around half an hour. I then wanted to do a timesaver from Low max but that DVD did not work. [emoji26]After the DVD player was done loading it said No Disk. Unfortunately that means I will need to check all my other new Cathe DVDs tomorrow to see if there are more that don't play before I contact customer service. I have tried 6 so far so only 23 or so to go! That will be quite a task... unwrapping them all and popping them in to make sure they will play. It has happened before with a Beachbody DVD too... when I really wanted to do that one... one of 21DF, but fortunately they were quick to replace it.

Anyways... back to my workout. After discovering Low Max DVD did not play I popped in IMAX 3 to try the step only. I didn't expect it to be too complicated but there is no build up... the combos fly full speed at you. Like attack of a machine gone. I was not expecting that! [emoji51]I had to pause and go back to see what it was before I could do the combos. I fear this is one of those DVDs I will have to watch before trying again or just spend a long time attempting it, rewinding until I get it. So having already walked tons and trained my legs I decided to move on to more laundry max instead.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live workout - it was a recent bootcamp workout. I did 5 rounds. It was good - not too tough.

Great workouts everyone. Henriette - my goodness you can do a lot!
