Yesterday with - Cathe LMR for lower body approx. 50 minutes. Then today's with C&E for upper body = 50 minutes. Well done on those long workouts, bravo! You are awesome

Linda- Oh no still no internet or phone, I'm sorry. Is this a ice/snow storm related thing or something else? I imagine it would be difficult. I hope things get up and running soon

Plus following up with floorwork at home. Lift, Move & Restore: Functional TB - TS #3 UB + Core= 37 Min
DH hurt his back and trying to help him not being in pain and discomfort. He had a long car drive last week and the seat lumbar support was not good and to make long story short messed up his back. He has trouble moving and doing anything. He did see the doctor yesterday. Doctor recommended lidocaine patch and Advil, which was great because Dh did not to take pain killers or muscle relaxers, he doesn't like that stuff. Oh well enough about that stuff.
