Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday but didn't post - Cathe LMR for lower body (around 50 minutes). Today I did C&E for upper body - 50 minutes.

Linda - you were without internet for a while yesterday? that happened here about a year or so ago. it was the best day ever. I loved it and got a lot done.
Nicki - I saw your hello post - hello back :)
Annette - WTG with yesterday's work out - essentially a gym workout at home!
Nora - another great mish mosh of a workout in the can!

Good morning ladies,
Great workouts yesterday, Siobhan, with Cathe's LMR lower body-50 min. and today's C&E upper body for
50 min.

Yes, no phone and thus, no internet, isn't alot of fun! I think I was more concerned about not having my
phone line.......I do have a cell, but rarely use it, it's not internet, etc., just a phone to make calls.

Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate Workout - 19 min.
Interval Timer App- "Elliptical & Skier Intervals with Light Weights Recovery" - 19 min.
CrossRope App- "8 min. Gentle Movement Ropeless Jump Rope"

That's it. Having lunch today with a former coworker, she always called us "Frick & Frack" LOL!
I can never remember which one I was :):)
 
Hi ladies,

A late day again today.

I made it to the gym and did an all weight machines workout.

Started with the back machine using the pyramid method with 25, 35 and 45 on each side using over and underhand grip plus one set was all double arm pulls that was tough since I normally do one arm at a time.

Then the shoulder machine using 3 different hand positions with 20 pounds on each side.

Then I did the flye machine and took it from 55 pounds for 12 reps all the way to 130 pounds for 1 rep. So the poundage was 55, 70, 85, 100, 115 and 130.

Then the tricep dip machine, then the bicep machine, then a different tricep machine.

Then 1 leg machine the extension one, then 2 chest machines to finish.

The room I use for floorwork was occupied so I will do that at home later.

Still managed to be 65 minutes.
