Hi Siobhan,

Today I managed through major pain in my shoulder blade to do a 60 minute weight workout using 5 and 10 pound dumbbells doing 16 reps. Including flat and incline flyes and bench press. Also did some foam rolling on the shoulder, along with abs and legs on the bench. It worked really well. I am happy, though in pain.
