Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym only to find out that my good friend here at the gym had a heart attack and then triple bypass surgery . He is home now. He is only 55 and relatively fit. You never know, he is a veteran and a policeman.

Anyway due to my haphazard schedule these next 2 weeks, I did a 90 minute upper body weight workout with the sled for lower body and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.

I am beat.

Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today. I got up to exercise but my body felt sore. I did a tarot reading for someone instead. I hope to be back at it tomorrow.
