Blender- "12 Days of Fitness- # 2 - Chest" - 20 min.
YT-Coach Ali- Full Body Weight Plate Workout Challenge-Day #1" - 27 min.
IFit- "Football Ladders" Elliptical workout Cedar Grove, NJ" - 18 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Great glutes - 36 minutes (I didn't do the mat/ball work). I added on a premix of 2.0 lower body no repeats. I managed everything but the hip thrusts and calf raises.

Hi ladies,

I am so sore from yesterday's workout, it has surprised me.

So today I was unmotivated to do anything. I need to bake but can't get in the mood to do it, sigh.

But I ended up doing a 36 minute garage Taebo off YouTube. It was very good and got me moving. It should have been a gym day but once again I am vehicle-less.

Still nauseous and super blah. Rest day for me. Good job, everyone, for putting so many points on the board (woohoo!). Hope to be back in the “competition” tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
