Today is another dreary day.

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floor work for abs, legs and glutes.

Hi Everyone,
yesterday I did more MH - 35 cardio workout. I can't stop working out to this guy. Not sure what's up. I love Cathe! But I am really shedding weight and looking strong with MH's workouts. whoa.
