Hi ladies,

Cardio day today, and I wanted to add in some lower body so I pulled out Lowmax. Haven't done that for a few years and it was a good visit. I like Cathe's step workouts when I haven't done them for awhile and aren't bored with them.

Snowed in today with a lost DVD controller so I did a Cardio Sculpt workout of Fitness TV for my cardio and weights.

Hi ladies just finished a short super intense Zcut #7. Breathless. Added in high knee jump rope, 5 pull ups, 4.5 chin ups.

Sorry to hear about the weather ladies. Thinking of you :cool:

Hi ladies,

This morning I did a mish mosh. I did Xtrain Bi's + the warm up. Then I did a 10 minutes segment of BJ Gaddour KB cardio. Then, I did Tonique Premier lunges.

Good workouts everyone. I am impressed.

It's pretty cold here but the snow is almost all gone :(

Good afternoon ladies!

Today was Day 2 of my self-made 30-Day XTrain Beginner Rotation. Totally rocked Premix #3 of Cardio Leg Blast. It is a timesaver coming in at ~35 minutes.

So happy I jumped on the XTrain. :)

Congrats to everyone on some really awesome workouts too!
