Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G leg circuits which was good and challenging - about 30 minutes. I added on about 10 minutes of MPL. I can't add his stuff on at the end of a workout. It is so tough.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 50 minute weight work out at the gym, using the back machine , dumbbells, cables and floorwork (for abs,legs and glutes).

Now I hope to go to the pool.
