Today I did a short workout. I did RWH LIHI Chest/shoulders/tris + a short 4 minute you tube hiit workout.

Hi gals,

Today I did 2 of my own workouts for my class together totaling 105 minutes 1 was 50 minutes and the other 55 minutes. Then I did the 8 Minute Tambo ( Which is actually 11 minutes).

I think I have the combo workout down. We'll see on Thursday if that is the one I do.

Wanted to go to the pool but it is overcast.

Hi ladies,

Today I had another full day at the office starting early so I could get my w/o in before dinner. Today was leg day.

Did Cathe Xtrain Legs, premix 2 total 67min. After just 30min in the middle of the barre section my legs turned to jell-o and I realized there was no way I could add on some more legs after the 67min using BarreAmped. That will have to wait until another day.

I still had time to w/o so rather than stopping after this long and tough w/o I did a 45min dance w/o which doesn't feel as much likw a w/o but still burns 360 cals. Today it was less fun though... Not sure if the choreo was so confusing or I was just tired.

After dinner my bf said it was nice weather for a bike ride so off we went... Approx. 30min to the beach so he could join the pokemon go madness again and I walked around taking pictures. It was even busier than last week!

And after the ride how I can now say with approx 3 hours of exercise today I am done!! I wonder if I can do MTB tomorrow or need to take my rest day earlier than planned.

Oh.. Today when talking to my neighbor she asked me what my goal was with working out. I didn't have a reason ready... She asked if I wanted to lose weight or...?

Well not necessarily, sure some weight loss would be welcome, but I can't say that is my goal and reason for working out, so why do I work out?

1) It's fun
2) It feels great to get stronger. Strong is the new skinny.
3) It's good to get fitter, build up a condition
4) Because I can
5) There are so many good dvds out there that I just have to try... W/o dvd addiction [emoji19]
6) Some trainers make you feel like you're getting together with your friends [emoji5]
7) The music is great
8) It gives me energy and makes me happy [emoji2]
9) Feels like something is missing if I don't
10) With so many cute colored Nikes and outfits it would be a shame not to use them and not to have a reason to keep buying them
11) Makes me feel less guilty about spending a fortune on w/o dvds and gear
12) So I can sleep better
13) So I can enjoy more food

Did I miss any?

Whoa, that's a long one Henriette! :)

No workout for me today unless you count moving & packing. :cool: Oh, and a bit of walking.
