Oh.. Today when talking to my neighbor she asked me what my goal was with working out. I didn't have a reason ready... She asked if I wanted to lose weight or...?
Well not necessarily, sure some weight loss would be welcome, but I can't say that is my goal and reason for working out, so why do I work out?
1) It's fun
2) It feels great to get stronger. Strong is the new skinny.
3) It's good to get fitter, build up a condition
4) Because I can
5) There are so many good dvds out there that I just have to try... W/o dvd addiction [emoji19]
6) Some trainers make you feel like you're getting together with your friends [emoji5]
7) The music is great
8) It gives me energy and makes me happy [emoji2]
9) Feels like something is missing if I don't
10) With so many cute colored Nikes and outfits it would be a shame not to use them and not to have a reason to keep buying them
11) Makes me feel less guilty about spending a fortune on w/o dvds and gear
12) So I can sleep better
13) So I can enjoy more food
