Good morning!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Biceps & Triceps w/Shoulders intermission" - 25 min.
Blender- "Burn Sets: Express Legs" - 23 min.

Annette, did you have any bad storms yesterday? We had a storm, but it wasn't too bad and didn't last too long...
I thought we were going to get another one last night, but it didn't happen. Thank goodness. Sounds like alot of
places had terrible ones.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Phoenix Nation for 12 minutes - jump rope and also did a 33 minute total body lift with Cee (geesh I get kinda scared before her workouts they are so enduring). I will do my own stretch now.

Annette - Good God you are looking strong. Wow. Your efforts really show and - you've got great legs!
Nora - my training was really good and insightful (I'm a Social Worker and have my own private psychotherapy practice). And you didn't check back yesterday to correct your workout so you must have done a big one! I hope you're feeling better today.

Hi, yes Linda we got one really bad storm and just some showers and thunder. One clap of thunder had my hands over my ears.

Today I did 82 minutes of weight work at the gym. Involving the barbell for chest press 75 pounds up to 90 doing 5 pound increments. Then the back machine 25 and 35 pounds, then onto dumbbells for chest flyes and triceps work along with biceps and shoulders. Then I did the sled up to 7 plates pushing and backwards pulling, impressed some late teen to early 20's guys with the sled. Finished with floorwork for abs,legs and glutes and some standing legwork and a stretch.

I am beat!!

It will be a pool day tomorrow.
