Hi Everyone,

Today I did 30 minutes of Caroline G's latest - upper bodyweight (essentially push-ups/dips/planks) + Cathe's PUB biceps. I'm just not feeling it this morning so after 40 minutes of exercise - I'm gonna stretch now.

Annette - huge class yesterday and huge workout. The stamina you have. wow.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I first stayed home and went through the cardio portions of 1 of my new in progress workouts. It went very well and was about 38 minutes of cardio.

I have decided to split the weights up and do chest/back, biceps/triceps, and shoulders/legs 1 grouping per cd/ workout. So it becomes my 20-20-20 Split Series. So I think I am ready to type up today's workout.

Then I came to the gym and did 37 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes of abs.

Now I have to run an errand and then go home.
