How was the mountain hike yesterday?
Rest days are good.
Today I came to the gym and did a 70 minute weight workout which included barbell chest press, machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells flyes, seated overhead triceps, hammer curls and a front palm up lift for chest and the front of the shoulder, then I did cables for shoulders and back along with triceps with a rope pull. Finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and during the leg work I has on ankle weights. Finished with a nice stretch.
See you tomorrow for some grueling cardio,LOL!!
