I am taking a rest day today. I got up in time but my body just feels tired from working out 5 days in a row rigorously.

Annette, vacuuming with weights on your wrists? what a great idea! You are onto something!

Hahaha! No, I had the wrist weights on for the Taebo workout. But I could try it while vacuuming.

Hi Poohpeggy and welcome back to working out. Great workout yesterday.

Today I came to the gym and did a 70 minute weight workout using Slow and Heavy as my inspiration. Though only 2 exercises for 2 sets of each, instead of Cathe's 3 sets.

Then I did the back machine and finally floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end. My arm still hurts a lot from last week's run in with the door frame/wall.

Hi Siobhan! Great job on those weights!!
I did Pyramid Pump Lower Body with Abs #1 for the very first time.
Cathe & the gang look great and have serious bicep and shoulder muscles I noticed when not looking down .

My hands hurt holding the weights . So, they should be stronger after that. That been my biggest problem besides not getting the BB off my shoulder in other workouts.

I am stronger then yesterday, I tell myself.
