Hi Poohpeggy and welcome back to working out. Great workout yesterday.
Today I came to the gym and did a 70 minute weight workout using Slow and Heavy as my inspiration. Though only 2 exercises for 2 sets of each, instead of Cathe's 3 sets.
Then I did the back machine and finally floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end. My arm still hurts a lot from last week's run in with the door frame/wall.
